Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Carefully clean and dry the cutlery, then place it back in its original wooden box or packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
